It's time to sweep out the trash and lock the door.
Hard words? I guess so. But the reality we face is that America is suffereing from a constitutional invasion of illegals who are determined to steal a big chunk of our nation. And, the social progressives in Washington not only don't have a problem with it, they are encouraging it to happen.

One of the premiere constitutional responsibilities of the federal government, according to Article 4, Section 4 of the US Constitution, is to keep every State—and the citizens within those States—secure from invasion. This responsibility was deemed to be so important, the Founding Fathers included the "security clause" in the Constitution. Over the years, the US Congress enacted several laws which make it a federal crime for people—as opposed to military armies—to illegally invade our our country. Keep in mind, when millions of illegals sweep, unchecked, across our borders these actions constitute an invasion.

Every nation in the world protects the sanctity of its borders. In Europe, before the European money barons merged the nation-states into semi-borderless subservient entities, the borders of every nation were tightly protected. In the Americas, people caught sneaking into the second world countries are generally arrested and, many times, shot and killed for "invading" that nation. Most totalitarian nations use tight border security not as much to keep non-citizens "out" as they do to keep their own citizens "in."

Illegal entry into Mexico is a felony that carries a 2-year prison sentence. Anyone who marries a Mexican citizen simply to gain an entry visa is guilty of immigration fraud, and will face a prison sentence. Evading deportation carries a 10-year prison sentence. When an illegal is caught in Mexico (if he or she survives the arrest), and Mexican authorities decide against prosecution, deportation is immediate and without due process. Mexico tracks every tourist and foreign national within its borders. All citizens are required to carry a national ID card. Visitors and resident aliens who are not carrying a state ID card are subject to immediate arrest and detention as illegal aliens. You don't have Miranda rights, and you don't get a "get-out-of-jail-free" card or free healthcare in a Mexican jail.

In addition to the United States having myriad laws which make it illegal for undocumented peoples other countries to cross our borders and, without the consent of the governed, take up residency in the United States, there is also a federal law which make it a crime for employers in the United States to hire undocumented workers (i.e., illegal aliens). Even more important, in 1952 Congress enacted over President Harry S. Truman's veto, the Federal Immigration and Nationality Act, Section 8 USC 1324[a](1)(A)[iv][b](iii) which makes it a federal felony (punishable by a fine of $10 thousand or imprisonment in a federal penitentiary for not more than five [5] years per infraction—or both. Individuals, groups of persons, businesses, corporations, advocacy groups or societal engineers that help an illegal by providing food, lodging, or other comforts of life, or even by encouraging an illegal alien to remain in this country by making it easier for them to evade arrest are guilty of committing a Section 274 federal felony.

What is most interesting about the Federal Immigration and Nationality Act, Section 8 USC 1324[a](1)(A)[iv][b](iii) is that under that law, people, corporations or political advocacy groups caught assisting illegals are subject to the same forfeiture laws used by police who seize the assets of criminals. Under Section 8 USC 1324[a](1)(A)[iv][b](iii), if a person, corporation or other entity knowingly uses their car to transport an illegal alien, that vehicle is subject to seizure. If they provide lodging in their home, that home is subject to seizure. You get the picture. Civil servants—mayors, city or town managers, country commissioners, governors, congressmen or presidents—are not exempt from this law. If they provide sanctuary for an illegal aliens, or a culture of illegal aliens, they will have committed a felony under the Federal Immigration and Nationality Act. The Federal Immigration and Nationality Act, provides the victims of crimes committed by illegal aliens to right to sue and collect treble damages from anyone who assisted the illegal alien who committed the crime against that citizen. The purpose of the Federal Immigration and Nationality Act, was to prevent the type of situation we now have with social progressive cities, counties and States enabling illegals by providing sanctuaries which prevent their arrest and deportation.

The Federal Immigration and Nationality Act, while not politically-correct in the eyes of the social progressives who have this country in a stranglehold that now threatens its very existence, has not been repealed. It remains the law of the land. It is one of many laws that were enacted to actually protect the people of the United States during an era when the "rule of law" actually ruled the law, and the social progressives were communists hiding in the cellars of covert extremists attempting to help Moscow overthrow the United States.

The border states of this country have been under siege since World War II, which was the reason for the Federal Immigration and Nationality Act. California, New Mexico, Texas, and Arizona have quite literally, and quite constitutionally, been invaded by an invader determined to conquer, and take back, most of the US southwest. That movement in the United States is headed by the National Council of La Raza which was founded in 1968 to repatriate the American Southwest. In fact, when the advocacy group was formed, its original name was the Southwest Council of La Raza. LaRaza (The Race) and the Mexican-American Legal Defense and Education Fund are the leading Hispanic advocacy groups behind the effort to repatriate Arizona, California, southern Colorado, New Mexico and Texas. Two other groups, the Movimiento Estudiantil Chicano de Aztlan and the National Immigration Forum [NIF] believe the best way to seize those States is through a massive invasion of illegals that, by the sheer population density, can petition the the United Nations or sue for secession through the World Court. Or do what the Albanian Muslims did in the Serbian province of Kosovo when it seceded from Yugoslavia and shattered the Balkan States, causing the wars in Serbia and Bosnia, either initiate a civil war or request that UN troops be sent to those States to maintain order, allowing the United Nations to establish martial law in the American southwest and grant the illegals voting rights in those States in order to vote on secession from the United States.

Make no mistake about it, the American southwest has been invaded—and not by pacifistic friends from "south of the border," but by a very serious, very deadly enemy who has claimstaked about 15% of the land mass of the United States and about 20% of Mexico and is diligently working to get the UN to intercede on their behalf. And, make no mistake about it: American citizens are being murdered along the US border. American women are being raped by illegals; unattended homes are being looted while the homeowners are working, and occupants of homes along the borders are increasingly victims of home invasions. And as waves of illegals move north into States not touching the US-Mexican border, crime accompanies them. Again, this is an invasion. And, the trail of raped, robbed or murdered Americans is a mute testimony to that fact.

The State of Arizona just enacted a comprehensive immigration law, SD 1070 which Gov. Jan Brewer signed into law on April 23, 2010. Or rather, better stated, the State amended existing law to force law enforcement officers in the State to actually enforce the laws now on the books. SB 1070 makes it a crime for illegal aliens to reside in the State of Arizona. The legislation was triggered by the latest murder of a Cochise County, Arizona rancher, Robert Krentz, Jr., 58, the scion of the oldest ranching families in southeast Arizona, who was shot to death on March 27 by an illegal alien. As the Krentz killing inflamed Arizonians about illegal aliens, the media suggested Krentz had stumbled across a drug cartel runner rather than an illegal alien seeking refuge in the United States. Krentz's family issued a statement saying they had little doubt that the killing was related to smuggling. The media translated "smuggling" to drugs and not to illegal alien traffickers. The people of Arizona properly translated smuggling to the smuggling of illegals.

Cochise County Sheriff Larry A. Dever said if Krentz was killed by a drug smuggler, it would be the first such killing of a rancher in more than three decades. But, he noted, since the Border Patrol and the FBI are investigating the crime, no motives have been ruled out.

On March 27, just before sundown, Krentz was checking the water supply on his property when he came upon an illegal. The man was lying on the ground. He told Krentz he was sick. Krentz called the Border Patrol on his CB radio and alerted them of the sick man. As he turned to get his gun to hold the man for the Border Patrol, he was shot in the side. Police forensics experts said from the angle of the wound, the person who shot Krentz had to be lying on the ground.

Bleeding into his lungs, Krentz called the Cohise County Sheriff and asked for help. He tried to call his brother, but there was so much static his brother couldn't hear Krentz telling him where he was. He then tried to call his wife, but couldn't reach her, either. However, several other ranchers heard his call for help and sped to the location he described. Krentz was dead when they arrived. The ranchers tracked the shooter for eight miles, back towards the border, and cornered him in a brush-laden draw.

At that moment, the Cochise County Sheriff and the Border Patrol arrived. The Border Patrol took authority over the manhunt and ordered the ranchers to back off. Even with a Border Patrol helicopter and a Sheriff's posse, the shooter still escaped back into Mexico.

This version, reported by ranchers who were part of the attempt to capture Krentz's killer, differs slightly from the official law enforcement version. In the official, sanitized version that kept the police from looking like Barney Fifes, the statement issued to the media merely said that police found Krentz's body several hours after his death in his all-terrain vehicle. His guns were untouched in the back. His dog shot and critically wounded. Fresh footprints led from the scene to the Mexican border 20 miles away. Hmm. Not one word in the official report about the Border Patrol and the Cochise Sheriff's Dept. letting a killer slip through their fingers and get back into Mexico.

Cochise County, around Douglas, is the highest alien trafficking and drug smuggling area in the United States. Cochice County is now "guarded" by two divisions of the Border Patrol. Sadly, the divisions use different types of radios and have trouble communicating with each other. On top of that, area ranchers noted, many of the agents are "new hires" who are unfamiliar with the terrain and thus are very slow to respond when called. Bill Odle, who lives about 400 feet from the US-Mexican border spends half his day watching illegals either cut holes in the fence or scale it. When he calls the Border Patrol, the illegals are long gone before anyone shows up. Its the same with another rancher, Richard Hodges, who has reported several smugglers. Hodges has become enough of a nuisance to the human trafficker smugglers and drug runners that they threatened him if he calls the Border Patrol again. Hodges allowed the Minutemen Civil Defense Corp to erect their fence across his property, hoping it would discourage illegals from crossing on his land. The Civil Defense Corp has disbanded and the Obama Administration is having the fence taken down.

Krentz never got involved in border politics. He just tended to business on the 35 thousand acre ranch he inherited from his father. But Krentz's death became the rallying cry for change. Speaking out was Sen. John McCain (who is running an uphill re-election battle and who is likely to lose the GOP Senate nomination to former Congressman J.D. Hayworth), Republican Gov. Jan Brewer who signed the anti-illegal legislation into law, and Democrat Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords whose congressional district includes Cochise County, demanded that Obama post National Guard troops on the border. With the approval of Gov. Brewer, New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson sent some New Mexico National Guardsmen to Cochise County to keep watch.

The Arizona legislature moved quickly after the death of Robert Krentz to enact SD 1050. "The people who live within 60 to 80 miles of the Arizona-Mexico Border"," Arizona State Senator Sylvia Allen said," have for years been terrorized and have pleaded for help to stop the daily invasion of humans who cross their property. One rancher testified that 300 to 1,200 people a day come across his ranch, vandalizing his property, stealing his vehicles and property, cutting down his fences and leaving trash. In the last two years, he found 17 dead bodies and two [copies of the] Koran...The Border Patrol is now on the border. They have set up 60 miles away with check points that do nothing to stop the invasion..." (Her words, not mine.) And, it is an invasion.

Allen continued that the "...Federal government has refused for years to do anything to help the border States. We have been overrun and once they are here, we have the burden of funding State services that they use. Education cost have been over a billion dollars. The healthcare costs billions of dollars. Our State is broke [and has a] $3.5 billion deficit. We have many serious decisions to make. One is that we do not have the money to care for any who are not here legally. It has to stop."

Defending the legislation that is now law in Arizona, Allen said: "The leftist media has distorted what SB 1070 will do. It is not going to set up a Nazi Germany...The ACLU and the leftist courts will do everything to protect those who are here illegally, but it was an effort to try and stop illegals from setting up businesses, and employment, and receiving State services...Federal law is very clear of you are here on a visa, you must have your papers on you at all times. That's the law. In Arizona, all you need to show you are a legal citizen is a drivers' license, MVD identification card, Native American card, or Military ID. This is what you need to vote or get a hunting license. So, nothing new has been added to this law. No one is going to be stopped walking down the street. The Socialists who are in power in DC are angry because we dare [to] do something, and that "something" the socialists wants us to do is just let them come. They want "transformation" to continue."

And, in the end, Allen concluded that perhaps it's "...too late to save America. Maybe we're not worthy of freedom anymore. But, as an elected official, I must try to do what I can to protect our Constitutional Republic. Living in America is not a right just because can walk across the border. Being an American is a responsibility and it comes by respecting and upholding the Constitution—the law of our land—which says what you must do to be a citizen of this country. Freedom is not free." Please take a few minutes tonight and pray for those who have lost their lives at the hands of people who have no right to be in this country. And pray that we wake up soon, recognize the urgency of sealing our borders, and hold our Congressmen and Senators personally responsible for getting rid of illegal aliens in every State in the Union—by getting rid of every Congressman whose Congressional District is rampant with illegals, and getting rid of every Senator who is not fighting to enact legislation to criminalize illegal entry into this country and reaffirm the Federal Immigration and Nationality Act, by adding teeth to it that allows the people of every State to impeach law enforcement officers and judges who fail to treat the Federal Immigration and Nationality Act, as an imperative. Well, for whatever it's worth, once again, you have my two cents worth on this subject.
