As Obama stood before a congressional audience and lied by
claiming, first, that his plan does not contain a provision to ration
healthcare to the elderly (i.e., the "death board") and, second, that
his plan would not provide benefits to illegal aliens, South Carolina
Congressman Addison "Joe" Wilson had more than he could take,
and blurted out, "You lie!" shocking Obama, Vice President Joe
Biden (as President of the Senate) and House Speaker Nancy
Pelosi. He later apologized for the outburst. NOTE: THE original
CNN Joe Wilson video was also pulled for "violations." I found
this version and have linked it.

During Obama's speech before a joint session of Congress to convince the American people that the liars are the Republicans, Obama told some of the tallest fabrications that anyone who has read HR 3200 (and HR 1), knows to be a blatant, bald-faced lie. That's why Wilson let his emotions get the best of him, and called the liar a liar. He shouted, "You lie!" (alternatively reported by the mainstream media as either "You liar!" or "Liar!") They all apply. And they all very accurately describe the Kenyan carpetbagger who currently resides at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.

Wilson issued a statement last night in which he said: "This evening I let my emotions get the best of me when listening to (Obama's) remarks regarding coverage for illegal immigrants in the health care bill. While I disagree with (Obama's) statement, my comments were inappropriate and regrettable. I extend sincere apologizes to (Obama) for this lack of civility."

As soon as Obama was done speaking, White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel sought out two GOP leaaders, Roy Blunt [R-MO] and Paul Ryan [R-WI] and complaimed to them that "...no president has ever had that happen." Emanuel wanted an apology. Speaker Pelosi wanted Wilson sanctioned. Sen. John McCain (who doesn't yet realize the sun has set on his political career) was the first Republican to insist that Wilson apologize, saying what Wilson did was "...totally disrespectful."

On the other hand, no other president as entered the White House under a constitutional cloud. Obama has yet to prove to the American people that he is actually eligible to occupy the Oval Office. Perhaps when he produces his original long form, hand-written, hospital-issued birth certificate that conclusively proves he was born in the United States and not Kenya, he will be accorded the respect given to the 43 United States presidents whose US birthright was affirmed. While an apology, under the circumstances, may have been called for, the fact remains that Wilson was right. Obama lied. Not once. Not twice. But repeatedly, throughout his PR campaign to steal the healthcare industry of the United States and further enslave the citizens of this country.

Myself, I think there's something to the name calling that's allowed in the British Parliament. When the leader is lying, you should be able to call him a liar to his face—without any threats of sanctions or removal from the House from the embarrassed opposition because you had the gonads to call him out.

Just two days earlier as Obama attempted to regain the momentum his healthcare initiative had in June and July, Obama told a labor union crowd "...how much one voice can change a room." Little did he realize that one voice would be Joe Wilson calling him a liar.
