Lt. Gen. Jerry Boykin, a born-again Christian who was not afraid to
practice his Christian faith, and spoke openly, in uniform, about his
faith and his Christian world views. The secular media's coverage of
some of his speeches in which he mentions his Christian faith or
Jesus Christ, put an end to his military career. And the double
standard is not lost on the general.

Boykin said that, in his view, the open persecution of Christians in the United States is acceptable in our society today by both the leadership and the media. But no one wants to offend the Muslims. Well, the fact of the matter is this guy (Hasan) was an extremist, he was a terrorist, and somebody needs to stand up and deal with these kinds of issues in our society as well as in our military. They need to deal with the fact that we are infiltrated from within by people who want to destroy the Constitution of our nation and replace it with Sharia Law. And, we can't appease these people. We must deal with the issue and that starts with calling it what it is. Terrorism.
