This is a video every America should watch. It's 58 minutes long, and well-worth the viewing. After watching the DvD I wanted to see if Tea Party Patriots, which originated the video, published it on YouTube. They did. I received two Tea Party Patriot DvDs from a friend. I guess he wanted to make sure I watched it twice. The film is narrated by an actor, Nick Searcy. I never knew his name, but I recognized him immediately from a recent episode of NCIS. Searcy played a bad guy in that episode. But, let me assure you, he's the good guy in this video. There was only one thing I didn't like about the script he recited. He constantly referred to the illegals depicted in the video as "illegal immigrants." I hate political correctness. Let's call them what they are. They're illegal aliens. They don't belong here. The leftwing societal planners who are determined to destroy the nation-states are helping illegals steal the jobs of Americans as they erase our sovereign borders—and, eventually, our country.

Barack Obama defended his unconstitutional and blatantly illegal usurpation of the constitutional separation of powers on amnesty for the first time on Nov. 20, 2014 when he began by saying, "Today, our immigration system is broken..." What he meant was the Republican-led Congress (three weeks after taking full control of both Houses) made it clear to Obama that Congress will not enact legislation that would grant a sweeping amnesty program that gave citizenship to millions of illegals who broke Federal law by sneaking into the country because, Obama said, that's what his social progressive friends and labor unions wanted him to do. Never mind that he had no constitutional authority to do it. For a lot of things, but this second on the list, Barack Hussein Obama needs to be impeached.

On Nov. 20, 2014 Obama announced a three part reform program brought to fruition by the use of an Executive Order. First, he said (with his fingers crossed behind his back, I think) he was sending additional resources to the border to stem the flow of illegal crossings. There was not one grain of truth in that statement. Second, he said he was making is easier for high-skilled illegal aliens to avoid deportation and stay in the country. Granted thousands of illegal aliens without Mexican criminal records, seeking only a job and a chance at a new life cross the border every week. The problem is, when you break the law to get here, you don't belong here.

Tragically, the only "highly-skilled illegal aliens" that I can think of who are in the country now, are either highly-skilled hit-and-run drivers whose sole "skill" is multi-tasking—drinking and driving at the same time; drug smugglers and/or drug dealers; or home-invasion artists and rapists, or common, ordinary thieves and murderers. Highly skilled workers are always in demand and, if they can speak English and know a passing grade's worth of American history, work visas are easy to get at the American embassy or consulate.

And, third, Obama proposed taking steps to deal with the millions of illegal aliens now living in the United States. How? By deporting illegals who break our laws—he says. Sadly, that's not the reality of what has happened. Illegal alien criminals who should be in prison in either Mexico or the United States are released at the border. Within hours, days or weeks, they are back in the United States. Of the approximately 100 thousand child immigrants in Central America that were invited to the United States recently by Obama, about 60 thousand of them have committed crimes since they have arrived. Not petty crimes. Armed robbery. Even capital murder.

And, by the way, according to Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch, Obama's invitation to come to America was also accepted by ISIS who was led to two campsites less than 10 miles from the US-Mexico border by "coyotes" working for the Vicente Carillo Fuentes (Juárez Cartel) and the Barrio Azteca cartel who guided ISIS terrorists across the desert to those two locations. The Juárez Cartel led one group to a location between Santa Teresa and Sunland Park, New Mexico. The other group, led by Barrio Azteca, was camped between Acala, Mexico and Fort Hancock, Texas. The information on ISIS activities near the US border reportedly came from the Mexican Army intelligence and Mexican Federal Police. How the information was picked by Fitton is not known by this website. It's a certainty that if Tom Fitton knows it, Barack Obama knows it. British newspapers, which also believe the story is true, reported that "...American law enforcement agencies have been forced to deny that the ISIS military group has set up a base just 8 miles from the US border." Charlie Winter, a researcher for the counter-terrorism think tank, Quillian, said the rumors are false because "...there are no indications from jihadist social media that ISIS has ever had its sights set on Mexico." But ISIS does have its sights set on the United States. The Obama Administration has moved to quash the rumors with ABC News taking the lead in reporting that the ISIS rumors are unsubstantiated. And,of course, we all know that Barack Obama and his "put-out-the-fire brigade" social progressive flunkies in the Executive Branch would never lie to us. If I was Obama and I wanted to conceal the movement of ISIS in Mexico, I'd initiate a grand distraction—like flying about 100,000 unaccompanied children from all over Central America to the United States, and keep the media focused on that sideshow for about a month. I wonder what would happen to the 2016 Presidential Election if ISIS launched an attack on the four Southern border States around Nov. 1, 2016? Would Barack Obama issue another illegal Executive Order and suspend the election until ISIS was defeated? Or would America wake up the next day and discover its president had been replaced with a dictator?

What happens, today, along that Southern border border is almost as violent. Kidnappings in which the victims are taken to Mexico and held for ransom. Then there are home invasions, burglaries and extortion committed by thugs and career criminals from Mexico who find crime in America far more profitable than crime in Mexico. When county sheriffs in those four States call Homeland Security for assistance through the Border Patrol, nothing happens—ever. Border Patrol agents are now being punished for catching and locking up illega aliens. Why? Because it makes Obama's phony records look bad. It makes it look like Obama has no idea at all how many illegal aliens are crossing the border. And, of course, he doesn't. To have even an honest estimate, Obama would have to have both the Border Patrol and the US National Guard on the border. And, they would have to be serious about arresting and jailing the illegals. That's not happening either because Obama doesn't want the Border Patrol catching illegals. In fact, he doesn't even want the Border Patrol seeing any illegals. See no evil. Hear no evil. There is no evil. None. Nada. Nil. If there are no illegals, then the border must be secure.

The bureaucrats in Homeland Security and the White House lie every time they claim that border crossings are down because they've deliberately created a wide-open border by refusing to enforce existing immigration laws dating back to 1952 when the toughest immigration law in the history of the United States was enacted over President Harry S. Truman's veto. To date, no president has ever enforced the Federal Immigration and Naturalization Act of 1952. Ronald Reagan amended it in 1982 by granting amnesty to approximately 3 million illegals who have been in the country since before 1982. But not even William French Smith, Reagan's Attorney General enforced the toughest immigration law ever enacted in the United States.

When Truman vetoed the Federal Immigration and Naturalization Act of 1952, Sen. Pat McCarren [D-NV] and Congressman Francis Walter [D-PA] led the fight to overturn their party leader's veto. McCarren and Walter were responsible for killing Truman's veto on March 2, 1953. McCarren stood on the Senate floor that day and said,

And Barack Hussein Obama is such a man. Obama is part of the cabal of social progressives who are determined to reduce the United States of America into third world ashes because that is the only way communism will reign supreme over a world in which the United States of America, like the great empires of history, will be nothing more than a faded memory in the minds of old men planting the seed of America in the fertile minds of their grandchildren and great grandchildren on the hopes that the memories of a nation made great by God will take root and grow anew..

Section 8 USC 1324[a](1)(A)[iv][b](iii) of the Federal Immigration and Naturalization Act makes it a felony for any person caught assisting illegals. The law mandates that those individuals will forfeit all assets possessed by them which were used by them to assist the illegal aliens, such as their vehicles if they used them to transport illegals anywhere—even to a gas station a mile down the road so they can buy gas for a car stalled on the roadway..They will forfeit their homes if they harbor illegals by offering them sanctuary for one night or offer them the hospitality of sharing a meal with the good samaritan's family. If illegals being harbored by an amnesty advocacy group commit a crime, the advocacy group will be held liable for damages for the financial losses of the crimes committed by the illegals they are shielding under Section 8 USC 1324[a](1)(A)[iv][b](iii)). The Federal Immigration and Naturalization Act (Public Law 82-414) provides for treble damages to victims of crimes committed by illegals who would likely have not been in that locality had it not been for the sanctuary group aiding them.

Civil servants—mayors, governors, city or town managers or city or county commissioners, Congressmen, Senators, or Presidents who create sanctuary cities, towns, villages, counties or States by providing illegals with forms of identification that are banned by federal law to anyone without proof of citizenship—will have committed a federal felony under the Federal Immigration and Naturalization Act, Section 8 USC 1324[a](1)(A)[iv][b](iii) that is punishable by a fine of $10 thousand per infraction or imprisonment in a federal penitentiary for not more than five (5) years—or both. In the case of politicians, the Constitution requires, first, that they be impeached and removed from office, then charged with the crimes they committed. In the case of a President, violating this law is an impeachable offense. Which, of course, is the reason Truman vetoed the law. And the reason no president to date has never enforced it.
